Leaving Minors from the Country II
Article 40: the departure of the national territory of any Panamanian or foreign minor who is under any migratory category, will be allowed in the following cases:
1. If he is accompanied by his father and mother.
2. If he is accompanied by one of his parents and this has the authorization of the judge duly invoiced for it, and in the event of the death of one of the parents, he will add the death certificate of the absentee.
3. All documents must be in Spanish, otherwise they must be translated by an authorized public translator with reference to the resolution that authorizes them as translators in the Republic of Panama.
4. If you are accompanied by a third party, you must present the written authorization of both parents as established in numerals 2 and 3.
5. If the minor travels alone, they must present the written authorization of both parents, as established in numerals 2 and 3. In these cases, in addition, the original of the birth certificate or duly authenticated copy or ID must be presented or juvenile identity card or identity card of both parents.
