Panama, January 11, 2023. The National Migration Service informs the public that it does not contemplate carrying out an ordinary or extraordinary regularization process, known as “Crisol de Razas“, aimed at irregular migrants in our country, likewise not procedures are being carried out in the institution in this regard.

We urge the population to inform themselves through official communication channels, and to ignore the so-called “fake news”, or false news, that circulate on social networks.

Let us remember that the Work Permit called “Crisol de Razas” is a Work Permit for Humanitarian Reasons, which may be requested by any person who has an approved humanitarian’s visa. The permit will be granted for a period of 2 years, extendable.

In order to qualify for this type of Permit, foreigners must complete a series of procedures.
