The applicant must invest in a macro-company, with a minimum share capital of $ 160,000 per applicant and $ 2,000 for each dependent. The applicant must be a shareholder and officer of the same.
Residence in Panama for Economic Solvency for Opening a Fixed Term Deposit:
In this modality the applicant has to invest in real estate or time deposits. It can also be the combination of both with a minimum of $ 300,000 per applicant and $ 2,000 for each dependent. The applicant must prove that the money comes from abroad.
Residence in Panama for Economic Solvency for Investment in Real Estate:
The applicant must consign a public registration certificate stating that the real estate property is in the name of the applicant, with a minimum value of $ 300,000. Likewise, it must be demonstrated that the farm is free of encumbrances
Residence in Panama as an Export Call Center Investor (CALL CENTER):
In this type of Residence, the applicant must make investments for an amount not less than $ 250,000 in a company that provides services for commercial export use, a call center.
Residence in Panama as a Retired Pensioner:
If the applicant has a pension or a minimum income of $ 1,000, he can opt for this type of residence. The pension must be granted for life and must come from abroad (it can be from the government, private company or an international organization).
Residence in Panama as an Investor of the Panama-Pacific special economic area:
In this type of Residence, the applicant must make investments for an amount not less than $ 250,000 in risk capital of a company in the Panama-Pacific economic area or, in Operators or Developers companies.
Residence in Panama as an Investor in processing zones for export:
In this type of Residence, the applicant must make investments for an amount not less than $ 250,000 in a promoter or operator company of the export processing zone or, in companies in these areas. The funds for this investment must come from abroad.
Residence in Panama as an Investor in the film and audiovisual industry:
In this type of Residence the applicant must invest at least $ 150,000 destined to the Cinematographic industry
Residence in Panama as a Retired Rentier:
In this type of Residence, the applicant must earn a monthly income of $ 850 from interest on a fixed-term deposit in the National Bank of Panama or the Savings Bank, it should be noted that these interests must be free of encumbrance or guarantees for a period not less than 5 years.
