Quienes pueden optar por el permiso de Residente Temporal por Reagrupación Familiar en Panamá.

  • Aquellos Extranjeros que tengan cónyugues  Panameños.
  • Hijos menores de 18 años de edad cuyos padres son Panameños nacidos en el extranjero o padres de residentes temporales.
  • Hay excepciones, si los hijos mayores de 18 años y hasta 25 años prueban que están estudiando y dependen económicamente de sus padres.
  • Este permiso temporal será por períodos anuales hasta un total de 6 años consecutivos.
