WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT DUE TO FAMILY REUNION IN PANAMA.

  • Those Foreigners who have Panamanian spouses.
  • Children under 18 years of age whose parents are Panamanians born abroad or parents of temporary residents.
  • There are exceptions, if children over 18 years of age and up to 25 years of age prove that they are studying and are financially dependent on their parents.
  • This temporary permit will be for annual periods up to a total of 6 consecutive years.
