Currently in Panama there are an average of 12 active Free Trade Zones and others in development. They are under Law 32 of April 5, 2011 and regulated under Executive Decree number 67 of April 11, 2017.

- Exempt from income tax on lease and sublease.
- Permanent Resident Visa as an investor.
