Single Rate Tax in Panama

It is the tax corresponding to society and it is paid annually the first time for USD 300.00. It is paid in the corresponding semester, according to the date of its constitution. The non-cancellation of the same, in the period that corresponds to it has a surcharge of USD 50.00 and if you join two consecutive periods you would pay additional USD 50.00, plus a reactivation fee that could be up to USD 1000.00.
