Requirements to Get My Cedula E in Panama

  1. Permanent residence permit: You must have obtained a permanent residence permit approved by the National Immigration Service (SNM). 
  2. ⁠Required documentation: Submit documents such as your residence card, residence resolution, and a copy of your residence card.⁠
  3. Visit to the Electoral Tribunal: You must go to the Electoral Tribunal in Panama to apply for the ID card.
  4. Cost: The cost of the E ID card is approximately $100.
  5. Delivery time: The ID card is issued within 7 to 15 business days after submitting the application.
