Formalizar el Teletrabajo en Panamá

Es obligatorio la formalización del teletrabajo en Panamá. Según la Ley 126 del 18 de Febrero de 2021.

La empresa y el Teletrabajador deberán realizar un convenio, el cual debe ser registrado en la dirección de Trabajo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Desarrollo Laboral de Panamá.

Dicho contrato hará énfasis en establecer los términos de la relación laboral a distancia, es decir:

1. Si la jornada laboral será completa o parcial.

2. Tiempo en horas de la jornada laboral.

3. Descripción de las funciones a realizar.

4. Subvenciones si hay lugar, por gastos de servicios públicos
