- Authenticate your license at the consulate of your country of origin in Panama and then certify it at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Expired licenses will not be accepted by the Panamanian authorities.
- You must to get proof of your blood type. You must visit a laboratory certified.
- You must to bring your residency documents, passport, valid license, authenticated documents and blood type .
- You must to take a vision test and hearing test.
