Este permiso podrá ser solicitado por toda persona que tenga una visa aprobada por razones humanitarias. El permiso se le otorgará por un plazo de 2 años prorrogables.

Para poder calificar para este tipo de Permisos, los extranjeros deberán cumplir una serie de trámites.

A quienes solicitan este beneficio se les revisará su tiempo de estadía en el país, forma de ingreso a Panamá y que no posean antecedentes penales.

Además de tomar en cuenta su situación socioeconómica, estatus legal, condición física y mental.
