Requirements to enter Panama for Venezuelans

In compliance with executive decree number 77, of August 24, 2022, the National Migration Service (SNM) informs its users and the general public that foreigners of Venezuelan nationality, who need to enter the territory of the Republic of Panama, must apply for a stamped visa at the consular office of Panama, in accordance with the procedures and requirements established in Decree Law 3 of 2008, Executive Decree 20 of August 8, 2008 and Executive Decree number 473 of August 23, 2017.

Foreigners of Venezuelan nationality, who have a valid visa or residence, duly issued by one of the countries included in article 1 of executive decree number 521 of August 6, 2018, will be exempt from the provisions.
